  1. This is one of the most professional uninstallers for Mac, the likes of which I’ve not seen on Windows. It has a feature which can actively watch you trash applications, and when you do so, it will prompt you whether you want to also trash its preferences, data, etc. at the same time!

    Adding this to your Mac makes uninstalling really as simple as moving an application to the trash.

    You will also appreciate its ability to create a list of all applications, widgets, or plugins so you can check boxes in the list and tell it to find all associated files. It automatically selects all the found files, which tends to be what you want. Uncheck boxes you know you want to keep, and removing everything else is as simple as one click to remove!
