CoverSutra is a beautiful shareware app that provides an interface to iTunes via floating album covers. Artwork is freeware that does much the same thing, although we would hesitate to call it beautiful.

  1. Another alternative is “TotalTunes Control”, which I prefer thanks to it’s ability to let you choose which playlist to play – an ability sorely lacking in CoverSutra.

    Thanks for the post. I just thought I’d drop by and say that I’m currently working on Artwork 1.1 which brings several visual updates, as well as many new features, on top of the usual general improvements of an update.
