One rip-off, one bright idea
We all know and love VoodooPad Lite, of course. It’s a great way to keep notes based on the wiki idea of linking related subjects. It’s like having your own mini world wide web.
So along comes ZuluPad. The name is a ridiculous imitation, and purports to do the same thing as VoodooPad. But early reports are that it pales by comparison. Bizarre, to say the least.
Fortunately, this sort of thing is rare in the land of Mac freeware. Mostly, there’s tons of cool stuff—like this one called Ebbinghaus. It allows you to keep notes in an iTunes-like database, so you can review them as an educational device. It reminds me of Genius, another great program for learning.
