OpenOffice 3.1

OpenOffice continues to improve with an upgrade to version 3.1. There’s a whole bunch of new features. One I’m glad to see is that highlighting text no longer reverses it to white on black — which was not the least bit subtle. Instead, we get a light blue background. It’s odd, though, that the letters themselves are dimmed as if the blue tint were an overlay.
